Our energetic system, our aura and chakras, will become blocked by negative energy throughout life. When this happens, we struggle with physical pains and emotional wounds. And if they're not cleared, we often attract more negative people and situations into our lives. For instance, a blocked throat chakra can cause physical pain in your throat, like a permanent lump you can't swallow, and it can make it hard for you to defend yourself, or speak up. This is common in people who struggle with people-pleasing. The fight or flight response is located in the root chakra, and when it's clogged we see people with adrenal fatigue and exhaustion. A clogged heart chakra can cause chest pains, pressure when trying to breathe, and stems from heartbreak and relationship traumas. When blocked, you may struggle with a lot of anger and grief. Once all of your chakras are flowing properly, these physical ailments instantly lift and you find yourself able to release whatever traumas and emotional blockages you might have struggled with. I recommend three sessions for the full effect, but you will see improvement with just one session. I also remove anything negative I see while I'm in your field, including psychic daggers, negative energy blocks, and low level entities. This makes the energy healing more effective. I highly recommend supplementing your coaching sessions with Reiki healing to help you release and heal faster.
