This is where I come in! I've dedicated my time and energy to understanding and applying the main areas of self-healing needed to completely transform my own life and stepped into my life purpose so I can thrive. I've been helping clients heal and align during reading sessions, and I'm now offering full sessions specifically for coaching. The goal with my coaching sessions is to take you from surviving day to day, to truly enjoying every moment of the human experience while living an effective life that helps the collective.

 

Think of one-on-one coaching with me as a highly personalized accelerator that guides you from where you are to where you want to be mixed with direct input from Spirit. If you've experienced a personalized reading with me, then you know how I blend my coaching into each session. These one-on-one coaching sessions take that experience and 10x it by focusing in on intuitive healing, creating a safe space to explore and integrate emotional pain, and deep diving into your spiritual purpose for total alignment.

 

Within each session with me, we will explore your progress in each area of healing and evaluate what still needs to be worked through. We will tackle the main areas of healing together in a safe, private space, allowing you to really dig deep and begin the process of uncovering and releasing your wounds and shadows. After each session, I'll connect with Spirit and get some homework for you to do to continue integrating the work done in our session. Once siginifcant healing has been achieved, we will move on to discovering and aligning you with your life purpose.

 

Finding your purpose and helping align you with it involves a bit more leg work and self-exploration. In my experience, it must be done AFTER significant healing has occurred because our passions, discipline, and confidence all change as we heal. Within a one year healing journey, you're unlikely to even recognize the person you started out as, so life purpose alignment must come second to inner healing.

 

During life purpose alignment, there are many prompts and discussions I will walk you through to uncover who you are, why you're here, and what you're meant to be doing. Some of this may become more apparent as we do the inner work and healing, but just like silver, we will refine it through direct self-exploration, sculpting your identity, and forging your true capabilities through the fires of purposeful intention.

 

Each session with me combines my intuitive connection to Spirit with prompted conversations to intentionally excavate what will light your soul up and bring something much needed to the world around you. Your purpose is not a destination, but rather a journey you're always taking steps towards and fully embodying. It will shift and evolve and grow the more you step into it. My job is to guide you onto the right path and encourage and empower you in your gifts and individuality so you can walk your path confidently.
