By booking a reading of any kind you understand that they are for entertainment purposes only and Kaila/Celestial Spiritual Consulting cannot be held accountable or liable for any choices you make based off of the readings.

Coaching is not professional, health, or medical care. Celestial Spiritual Consulting products or courses are not a substitute for professional, mental health, or medical care. I am not a mental health or licensed medical professional and if you need those services, please do not hesitate to seek out a professional. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, substance-abuse treatment therapy, or any form of mental healthcare. All products and sessions are designed to help you realize your potential and use that to create the life you want on your own terms. There are no guarantees with coaching and or products and they should not be used as a substitute for professional mental healthcare. Coaches are not certified or licensed mental health practitioners. Coaches do not diagnose clients.

Kaila is a trained spiritual life coach and attuned Reiki healer with a trauma-informed certification. She IS NOT a licensed professional counselor. As such, you acknowledge that she isn't offering therapy, but rather trauma-informed coaching.

 

Release of Liability: 

By purchasing a reading, coaching session, or H E A L + A L I G N services or products, you confirm that you have read and agree to the statements presented in this disclaimer/waiver. 

• I understand that my coach is not licensed by the state of Georgia or any other state, and that my coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or medical professional. 

• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality and the use of phone, text, email, and other technology. 

• I understand that coaching, psychic mediumship readings, and any products related to coaching are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental healthcare, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in any place of any forms of therapy. 

• I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. 

• I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Kaila/Celestial Spiritual Consulting are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. 

• I understand that coaching is at present an unregulated industry. 

• I understand that information will be held as confidential, unless I stay otherwise in writing, except as required by law. 

• As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during my coaching calls/course lessons, etc. including my choices and decisions. I am aware that I can choose to discontinue coaching at any time. 

• I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Kaila and Celestial Spiritual Consulting. Any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts, or omissions by myself or by my coach as a result of the advice given by my coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, assigns, and agents.

Refund Policy: 

Due to the nature of the services, there are no refunds. 

By signing up for any readings or purchasing any coaching services or products, you accept the above statement and understand that you are responsible for all choices you make. 

By using our website programs, products, and services, you signify your agreements all parts of this disclaimer.
