A Little About My Journey...
When I came into this world nearly 34 years ago, I had no idea the path I was going to go down. I went from being a people-pleasing goody two shoes with severe bipolar disorder who had no personal identity and blindly followed Christianity, to suddenly being thrust into a spiritual awakening, deconstructing from said Christianity, walking away from my friends and family, healing my way out of bipolar disorder, accepting that I was a psychic medium, and embracing my life calling. To call the past few years a whirlwind doesn't even do it justice. I've been holding on for dear life, doing my best to jump the hurdles thrown my way.
I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 23 and cycled in and out of manic and depressive episodes for the next eight years, but as I began to heal, I discovered I had been suppressing a detrimental amount of emotions. When my spiritual awakening began in 2021, I started undoing all of the trauma I'd endured through shadow work, inner child healing, and reconnecting with my divine feminine. I slowly began pulling myself out of survival mode and burn out, and steadily put up more and more boundaries. I lost a lot of people. Friend groups turned on me. My parents didn't understand me. My marriage sadly failed. It has been incredibly lonely at times. But with the loss of each person, I began to heal and step into a version of myself I had never embraced before.
Shortly after my awakening began, I discovered I had psychic and mediumship abilities and I slowly nurtured and grew them. I took a psychic and mediumship gifted session and my abilities flourished. After releasing the fear of meeting my spirit team, I eventually connected with them and started receiving guidance on every situation in my life. It was then that I realized I had a knack for intuitive tarot and witnessed my readings occurring on a regular basis. Throughout this time, I deconstructed from Christianity and allowed God to show me His truth. I felt called to learn reiki and become a certified spiritual life coach, so I dedicated a lot of time to training for each one. I healed so much that I ended up leveling out of bipolar disorder altogether. I've learned to love myself, to rest without feeling guilty, to be 100% authentically me, to trust God and His process, and to release the manipulation that had made me into a people pleaser for the past 33 years. It hasn't been easy. I often take many steps back, but I never stop moving. Now I use these skills and my knowledge to help others on their spiritual awakening, deconstruction, and healing journeys.
