Have you ever wondered if you might be a lightworker? If not, you're probably not even sure what a lightworker is.

A lightworker is a role we select when we reincarnate to raise the vibration of both the planet and the people around us. Unlike a starseed, it's not a race but a purpose we fulfill. Starseeds can be lightworkers, but not all lightworkers are starseeds. No two lightworkers are the exact same as they each have a unique role, but they may share several traits. Some lightworkers may be called to public work while others are called behind the scenes, but all lightwork is important. The primary lightworker giftings can be split into 11 main types:

Divine Lightkeepers

Divine lightkeepers retain a higher vibrational frequency than everyone around them. When disasters and chaos ensue, these lightworkers neutralize the chaos with their own peace and calm. They are the leaders who calm the masses, organize them, and create a plan of action. They inspire and guide everyone to safety and success. Just like a lighthouse guides sailors through night fog and treacherous sea water, so does the divine lightkeeper guide people to a higher vibrational space. Career wise, these lightkeepers become motivational speakers, influencers, and spiritual guides.

Gridworkers and Gatekeepers

Earth is a living, breathing organism and just like the human body it contains an auric field, chakra system, and a vibrational frequency that changes depending on what's occurring within the planet (if you don't believe me, look up the Schumann Resonance). These portals of energy are located all around the planet and they can get blocked and dragged down by negative energy as chakras usually do. While these two lightworkers technically do different tasks, they work within the same field so I classify them together. Gridworkers are responsible for clearing Earth's energetic ley lines and portals of negative energy. These energetic lines are important because they bring in awakening, healing, and connection for our souls and enable us to communicate energetically with one another. If they get bogged down with too much negative energy, human communication suffers, the vibration in that area drops, and then low vibrational circumstances begin to take over like war, famine, and physical suffering. Gridworkers are drawn to areas like this that have dense energy and they work to raise the vibration, release energetic blockages, and close negative portals that have been opened.

Gatekeepers do a lot of the gridwork too, however they must maintain a higher vibration because they're also responsible for opening light energy portals. In doing so, they bring more light to Earth and allow the vibration rise. As energy empaths, they can feel where an energetic uplift is needed, transmute the negative energy, and then open a portal for more direct light energy to filter through. It's essentially the gift of creating chakras across the surface of the planet.

Healers

If you're a lightworker, than most of you can probably resonate with the calling of a healer. As lightworkers we are all called to help humanity and bringing healing is a common way to do so. But lightworker healers are unique in that they have a natural healing energy about them. People feel calmer and more relaxed around them as healers are highly sensitive and empathic and can adjust to the emotional needs of those around them. They work with many different modalities to bring healing energy physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Healers work in a myriad of careers like traditional healers such as doctors, therapists, masseurs, and veterinarians. But they also work in more obscure fields like reiki healing, psychic mediumship, and life coaching. Th emost important thing a healer has to keep an eye on is their own energy levels. It comes naturally to healers to give and give their energy away, but they must develop strong boundaries to replenish their own energetic needs.

Messengers

Messengers receive downloads and guidance directly from God, spirit guides, angels, and ancestors that can change how each individual operates within the world. As lightworkers, these messengers must understand and take seriously the responsibility they carry to deliver their messages accurately, compassionately, and without dramatic flair. Their messages are usually received intuitively and can be for one specific person, a collective of people, or the planet as a whole. These channelers spread their messages in whatever modality works best for them. Some use social media, some publish books with their knowledge and understandings, others speak to groups publicly on stage. These messages are commonly adapted by popular media and melded into movie plots. The Matrix, The Truman Show, and Inception are all excellent examples of this. 

Transmuters

Transmuters are highly evolved souls that are here to dive into and neutralize negative karmic energy. It's not an easy role as they are inundated with negative energy most of their lives that they then absorb, transmute through their own chakra systems, and expel as positive energy out through their crown. Some transmuters work on a broad scale, but the majority of them will incarnate into an ancestral line that's rife with negative karma in order to raise the vibration and change the pattern for future generations. These are the cycle breakers, the ones doing things differently that are dubbed the black sheep of the family. They are putting their foot down, saying no, and setting firm boundaries that they happily maintain. Transmuters are also capable of shifting timelines to new realities and leading the future generations through them so they never go back.

Clairvoyants, Psychics, and Seers

While everyone does have access to their psychic abilities and they can use them if they choose to develop them, lightworker clairvoyants are born having access to these abilities and they never shut them off.  Many of us use our psychic gifts as children, and then around the age of twelve we become afraid or disillusioned by the world and gradually shut them off and forget. For lightworker clairvoyants this is not the case. By adulthood, they have a strong handle on their abilities and have naturally developed their empathic, psychic, and mediumship skills. They are able to see beyond the illusions of reality and straight into the spiritual realms. Each seers gifts will differ: some can access the akashic records, some can see auras, some are able to recall past lives in themselves and others, and some receive info about future events. These lightworkers are often misunderstood and treated poorly by the world which may make them feel isolated. To make matters worse, there are many charlatans and scammers in the clairvoyant realm that predict catastrophic events and diagnose horrible curses and demonic attachments that must be removed for atrocious amounts of money. Lightworker psychics would never be caught in such low acts as their vibrations can't stoop so low. Their goal is to help the world, provide information for other's to raise their own vibrations, and bring healing through past life regression and akashic record integration.

Dreamers and Astral Travelers

These lightworkers work primarily in the dream space. When we fall asleep, our conscious brain shuts off and our subconscious brain takes over our bodily functions so we can recuperate. It's at this time that our souls slip out of the top of our heads, tied to the body by a silver cord of light, and goes on adventures throughout the astral realms. Dreamers are adept at lucid dreaming and are capable of facilitating their own out of body experiences. During their lucid dreams they explore alternative outcomes and ways of living, ask questions of their higher self, and experience things they might not be able to in the waking world. By paying attention to symbolism and imagery in their dreams, they can meditate once they awaken and uncover messages sent by Spirit. This type of lightworker is skilled at facilitating out of body experiences. They travel to the astral realm and visit alternate dimensions, stop in to see loved ones in the spiritual realm, and even work on the lower astral planes clearing out low level entities. It's dreamers who are responsible for many of our artistic and technological advances in the world today.

Ascension Guides

Ascension guides are lightworkers who are actively undergoing an awakening in this lifetime. The awakening for an ascension guide is a difficult and profound experience for them and it inspires them to help others who may also be awakening. Whether it's because the downloads make such an impression on them, or they simply don't want anyone to feel as alone as they have, they decide to publicly share their journey, struggles, and wisdom. These lightworkers pay close attention to the beginning stages of their awakening, learning everything they can from it, and then as they start ascending, they share their journey to assist and inspire others in their awakenings. By sharing their experience, their insights, and their downloads they help others avoid pitfalls, work through the phases of awakening faster, and they may even trigger awakenings in some. Their mission and passion is to support others as they awaken and ascend so they can step into their life purposes more quickly.

Wayshowers

Wayshowers are lightworkers who have awakened, found their inner peace, and are living their lives exactly as they preach. These are the ascended masters, the ones who know what they believe, why they believe it, and have embodied their most authentic selves. They have mastered the 3D world and now exist primarily in the 5D. Wayshowers are the Jesus's, Buddha's, and Ghandi's of the world, setting examples for how to live the most abundant and fulfilling life on Earth. They may not actively try to teach and guide like ascension guides, but they do everything with the greatest good of all in the forefront of their minds. They share their truth by being living examples of the Christ consciousness.

Divine Blueprint Creators and Manifestors

Every soul creates a blueprint for their life when they reincarnate. This dictates how thye'll live, the lessons they'll learn, the things they'll achieve, and the hardships they'll endure. Being a lightworker is within that blueprint. But the unique thing about these lightworkers is they can access that blueprint while incarnated. Not only that, but they can also access the akashic records and use sacred geometry to bring about resolutions to solve major world problems. These lightworkers are inventors who create things for the greater good of mankind such as cars, the phone system, electricity, and refrigerators. They come up with ways to drink cleaner water, breathe less polluted air, and support our nutritious needs. Creators possess amazing manifestation abilities that allow them to bring these inventions into existence once they build out the plan and they're more focused on the good of the world than the good of themselves as individuals.

Unifiers

The unifier lightworkers are those people who have grown up in a rough life with a diverse background and are able to understand multiple points of view. They can break things down so that everyone easily understands, even if those people have struggled to understand before. By using inclusion and connection, they can bring together people from all walks of life. They can take small pieces from different philosophies, religions, cultures, and ethnicities, and help people see how they more alike than they are different. These are the Martin Luther King Junior's and the Winston Churchill's of the world. By unifying us, they help us work together rather than giving into the divisive influences in the world.

• -You feel you have a big life purpose and may feel as though time is running out for you to figure it out.

• -You may have an affinity towards themes of "light versus darkness" and books and movies like The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and The Chronicles of Narnia may resonate strongly with you.

• -You're an empath and likely went through really rough periods in your life that shaped you.

• -You have a belief in a higher power and are interested in ancient cultures and texts, philosophy, theology, and psychology.

• -You have vivid dreams, strong emotional ups and downs, and may be well-acquainted with moving through your own darkness. 

The life of a lightworker isn't an easy one, but they are well-equipped to handle this journey as they selected it for themselves before they ever incarnated.
